①　露地ナス　千両 Outdoor Open-field Eggplants

『ようやく木が大きくなり花がたくさん咲いてきました。６月の中旬から収穫が始められそうです』

The plants are finally getting big and their flowers are blooming. They should be ready for harvest in mid-June.

② キャベツ Cabbage

『今が収穫最盛期！やわらかい春キャベツが終わり、歯ごたえのある寒玉です』

This is prime harvest season. Soft spring cabbage has finished. These are crunchier “kantama” cabbages.

③　 新じゃが New Potatoes

『早生の品種です。掘ってすぐのものであれば皮がやわらかく洗うだけで皮がむけます。』

This is an early season variety. Just after digging these potatoes up, their skin is so soft it can be removed by simply rinsing in water.

6月13日（金）にボイス・ミニ・ライブの演奏の中で、コーヒ又は紅茶とキッシュをお楽しみください♪

On Friday, June 13, a flute mini-concert will be held at Pio from 4 pm. Entry is 1,500 yen, including your choice of drink and a piece of home-made quiche with salad♪☆ (choose coffee, tea, orange juice, house wine, or beer)
