GEN・OKAMOTOが『Pio』にて、銅版画の展覧会を開いていただきます。5/3（土）から始まりますが、いきなりオープニングパーティー開催。スペシャルゲストには、魅惑のボサ・ノヴァデュオDAKE&ZONOに演奏していただきます。ダケゾノのお二人は三年前のＯＫＡＭＯＴＯの個展でも歌いました。(因みに3年前の写真)

in salt for half a day and flavored with sweet dill.

This dish goes best with dry white wine.

• 鴨モモ肉のコンフィ

Duck Confit

丸一日赤ワイン香草と塩でマリネした鴨肉を

低温で４～５時間油の中で煮込むことにより、

ジューシーでやわらかな鴨肉に仕上がります。

赤ワインと一緒にどうぞ。　1350円

（コンフィ：フランス料理の調理法で、

低温の油でゆっくり煮込む技法）

Our Duck Confit has been marinated for a full day

in red wine, herbs and salt and then simmered

in its own fat for four to five hours, making it

juicy and tender.

This dish goes best with red wine.

(Confit: A French cooking technique in which

meat is slowly simmered in its own fat.)
